Nights of Lights

This annual holiday event has been recognized by National Geographic as one of the Top 10 Holiday Light Displays in the world!  Locals and tourists alike are dazzled by the millions of tiny white lights that perfectly showcase the Spanish architecture of downtown St. Augustine.  Enjoy a peaceful stroll or take a trolley around town while sipping on hot chocolate and singing Christmas carols.

St. Augustine Christmas Parade

On the first Saturday of every December, the holiday season begins with floats and holiday displays in a grand procession down San Marco Ave.  Lining the streets with chairs and blankets, people can share in the festive spirit of the season and even catch a glimpse of Old St. Nick.

Beach Blast Off New Year's Party

On New Year's Eve, celebrate the upcoming opportunities of the New Year at the St. Johns County Ocean Pier Park.  With chldren's activities, live entertainment, and an epic fireworks display, you'll be ringing in the New Year in an oceanfront setting unlike any other.

July 4th Fireworks 

Every July 4th, the Historic District of St. Augustine throws an epic party and fireworks celebration right on the Bayfront.  Set up a blanket on the grounds of the Castillo de San Marcos, walk across the Bridge of Lions, or get on a boat to enjoy this patriotic display of America's Birthday.

Music by the Sea

Every May through September on select Wednesday nights, the Music by the Sea concert series offers free entertainment at the St. Johns County Ocean Pier Park.  With local bands, local food (available for a nominal fee), and local company, there is no better way to enjoy the beach lifestyle.

Concerts in the Plaza

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, every Thursday night, the Historic District offers free concerts in the Plaza de la Constitucion.  Bring a blanket or a chair and enjoy the best local musical talent in beautiful downtown St. Augusitne.

Friday Night Art Walk

Take a stroll through fine art galleries whlie sipping on wine.  Every Friday night, dozens of local galleries open their doors and welcome everyone to browse their amazing works of art.

Farmer's Markets

Stock up on fresh fruit, vegetables, local artisan goods, and arts and crafts at the Wednesday Farmer's Market at the St. Johns County Ocean Pier Park.  On Saturday's visit the St. Augustine Amphitheatre for even more local delicacies.
